Trunk or Treat 

Rules & Regulations

• If you plan to participate, each organization will be allowed ONE VEHICLE at the Trunk or Treat.

• Participating vehicles will need to be parked in the designated area no later than 5:00 and as early as 4:30 pm. The parking lot team will direct you to a spot in the parking lot across from the fire station .
  Open up and decorate your trunk or the back of your vehicle. There is some great trunk decorating ideas on the internet!! Please refrain from anything overly spooky, or gory.

• Possibilities could include a Halloween theme, sports, comic characters, Biblical, exotic locations, or a particular decade- and can be as elaborate or simple as you wish. If lights are needed, please make sure they’re battery-powered, as electricity will not be available on site.

• If you wear a costume, please do not wear a mask.
  For security purposes, we want to make sure that all adults are identifiable. Bring some lawn chairs to sit in and hand out candy to the kids! Compliment costumes! Meet a family! Have fun!

• For candy, please only bring store-bought individually wrapped treats. Or consider giving out a non-candy treat (bubbles, other small prizes.)

• For safety reasons, please plan to stay parked and decorated until 8:30 pm breaking down your decorations and leaving after that. If you would like to donate leftover individually wrapped candy after this event to go to in Christmas stockings for our toy drive.
  The Trunk or Treat event is family-friendly.

• Please refrain from any loud music, dancing in the parking lot, loud chants, and anything that may distract from the event.

• If your organization is seeking community service hours for your participation, please see Mrs. Jackson or the designee to sign in/out or bring your form to have signed at the end of event.

• Parking for additional vehicles, please drive to the end of the street, turn around, and parallel park on the left side facing business 290.
